Business Development Intern

We're looking for an ambitious, proactive, and go-getter Business Development Intern to join our team. This internship will give you hands-on experience in lead generation, client acquisition, marketing campaigns, and business development while learning how businesses build relationships, generate opportunities, and drive growth.

Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work closely with the Business Development team to identify and connect with potential clients.
2. Assist with cold calling, client communication, follow-ups, and virtual meetings to generate and qualify leads.
3. Support the execution and tracking of email and other outreach campaigns for lead generation.
4. Assist in researching prospects, understanding client requirements, and maintaining lead databases.
5. Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing teams to develop and implement outreach and growth strategies.
6. Support the team in achieving weekly and monthly lead generation and business development goals.
7. Learn and apply effective sales, communication, and client acquisition techniques under the guidance of the team.
8. Track outreach activities, follow-ups, and campaign performance and share regular updates with the team.

Other Requirements

1. Passing year: 2026, 2027
2. Background in Management, Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Proactive, confident, and willing to take initiative.
5. Comfortable with cold calling, client interaction, and virtual meetings.
6. Strong learning attitude with an interest in business development, sales, marketing, and consulting.
7. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with a team.
8. Prior experience in sales, marketing, business development, internships, or college-level leadership roles is a plus.
