Internship Program 2027
The Tetra Pak Internship Program aims to qualify potential student talents through the experience of real situations in the corporate world, offering opportunities for them to develop on a personal and professional level. Our approach prepares new talents to face their upcoming professional challenges. Upon joining our team, the intern will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany you in your day-to-day activities. In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare new trainees to put their full potential into action.
The position will be based in Bogotá, Colombia.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
What you will do
As a Business Development Intern, you will:
• Support business development activities by identifying and prospecting new customers, conducting market assessments, and helping build strong, long-term business relationships with potential clients.
• Track and manage commercial opportunities, supporting the sales pipeline from lead identification through opportunity development and closure while maintaining accurate follow-up and reporting.
• Promote Tetra Pak’s three business areas to existing and prospective customers by preparing presentations, gathering market intelligence, and supporting customer engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to market growth strategies by analyzing trends, evaluating business opportunities, developing business cases, and providing insights that support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate on new product launch initiatives and business development projects, helping ensure effective market communication, stakeholder alignment, and successful execution of growth
We believe you have
- Bachelor Studies in progress: Finance, Accounting, Business Administration;
- Desirable Skills / Knowledge: Microsoft Office (mainly Advanced Excel), English Advanced - Can communicate fluently, with strong skills in both written and spoken English. Familiarity with PowerBI and SAP is desirable;
- Availability for internship: January 18 to June 7, 2027.
- Graduation expected: July 2027 or afterwards.
- Availability to work and commute to our site 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, during the full internship program
