RoleOverview
As a Business Development, Investor Relations & RFP Analyst, you will support GenInnov's investor engagement and growth activities in full compliance with applicable MAS regulations. The role spans investor engagement, marketing and business collaborations with strategic partners, distributor relationship management, RFP/RFI monitoring and response, pre-onboarding due diligence and KYC/AML checks, and maintenance of the systems and platforms used to communicate with investors. This role suits someone polished and detail-oriented, with a strong eye for visual quality in investor-facing and marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities
• Support investor engagement and relationship management through MAS-compliant channels
• Assist with marketing and business collaborations, including partnership initiatives and content for the firm's blog and thought-leadership materials
• Support distributor relationship management and coordination
• Monitor and support responses to RFPs/RFIs, working with internal stakeholders to gather and structure content
• Design and format investor-facing presentation materials to a senior institutional standard
• Support pre-onboarding due diligence and KYC/AML checks for prospective investors
• Assist with maintenance and enhancement of systems and platforms used to communicate with investors, including participation in user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Business Development and Investor Relations function
What We're Looking For
• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
• Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–2 years of experience welcome to apply
• Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; advanced deck design skills a plus
• Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple deliverables under deadlines
• Exposure to coding and AI tools/apps (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) is a plus
