Job Description

• Position Title: Business Development Manager
• Working Location: Changi Airport
• Working Hours: 5-days (Mon-Fri: 9am - 6pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + Commission + AWS + VB
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and carry out marketing strategies to support company growth and gain new clients locally and within Intra-Asia.
• Study market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities in the logistics sector.
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing clients to increase sales leads and business opportunities.
• Act as the main contact for client enquiries and help resolve concerns to improve customer satisfaction.
• Work with the sales and internal teams to prepare proposals and presentations that meet client needs.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and service providers to achieve suitable agreements.
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Monitor industry trends, carrier performance, and market conditions to support sales planning.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports and updates to management.
• Participate in tenders, RFQs, and bids when required to support business growth.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in business development or sales roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to meet sales targets and support business growth.
• Good strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
