  • Deliver brand and product training to travel advisors through virtual, in-person, and on-site programs, ensuring strong knowledge and advocacy for our hotels.
  • Proactively organize and host site inspections, FAM trips, and educational experiences that showcase our properties and convert advisor interest into bookings.
  • Represent the resorts at travel advisor events, TTOO trade shows, sales missions, and blitzes, building visibility and top-of-mind awareness within the travel trade.
  • Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with travel advisors, consortia, host agencies, destination-wedding specialists, and tour operator BDMs.
  • Develop and execute travel advisor marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives that support revenue goals and strengthen brand awareness across the portfolio.
  • Act as a trusted business partner and brand ambassador within the travel trade community, representing our hotels with professionalism, energy, and credibility.
  • Track and report on account activity, production, and the effectiveness of trade marketing and FAM/site inspection initiatives.

What we're looking for...

  • You have prior experience in a travel trade or leisure sales role, ideally supporting resort, all-inclusive, or lifestyle hotel brands.
  • You have established relationships within the travel advisor, consortia, and tour operator community, or the natural relationship-building skills to build them quickly.
  • You are comfortable traveling regularly to represent the brand at trade shows, sales missions, FAM trips, and site inspections.
  • You are a confident, engaging presenter, equally comfortable training a room of travel advisors or representing the brand one-on-one.
  • You have a passion for hospitality and a natural ability to build trust and rapport with external partners.
  • You are highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts, events, and campaigns simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
  • You are a self-starter, comfortable working independently and proactively identifying opportunities rather than waiting to be directed.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus given the portfolio's footprint in Mexico and Latin America.
  • You are data-informed, able to track production and translate account activity into clear reporting and next steps.
  • You exhibit a professional attitude, diplomacy, and the ability to represent the brand with polish in high-visibility settings.
  • You are a team player who collaborates well with sales, revenue management, and hotel-level teams to achieve shared goals.
