- Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with travel advisors, consortia, host agencies, destination-wedding specialists, and tour operator BDMs.
- Develop and execute travel advisor marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives that support revenue goals and strengthen brand awareness across the portfolio.
- Act as a trusted business partner and brand ambassador within the travel trade community, representing our hotels with professionalism, energy, and credibility.

What we're looking for...
- You have prior experience in a travel trade or leisure sales role, ideally supporting resort, all-inclusive, or lifestyle hotel brands.
- You have established relationships within the travel advisor, consortia, and tour operator community, or the natural relationship-building skills to build them quickly.
- You are comfortable traveling regularly to represent the brand at trade shows, sales missions, FAM trips, and site inspections.
- You are a confident, engaging presenter, equally comfortable training a room of travel advisors or representing the brand one-on-one.
- You have a passion for hospitality and a natural ability to build trust and rapport with external partners.
- You are highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts, events, and campaigns simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
- You are a self-starter, comfortable working independently and proactively identifying opportunities rather than waiting to be directed.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus given the portfolio's footprint in Mexico and Latin America.
- You are data-informed, able to track production and translate account activity into clear reporting and next steps.
- You exhibit a professional attitude, diplomacy, and the ability to represent the brand with polish in high-visibility settings.
- You are a team player who collaborates well with sales, revenue management, and hotel-level teams to achieve shared goals.
