Job Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers.
• Prepare and submit daily and monthly sales reports.
• Achieve monthly targets assigned through selling of general insurance products.
• Upsell and cross-sell to customers to maximize sales.
• Aim to preserve customers and improve persistency.

Required Skills to be Successful

Qualifications and Knowledge: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Commerce.

Experience: 3-5 years of general insurance experience with an existing portfolio.

Job-Specific Skills: Familiarity with insurance business.

Behavioural Competencies: Good selling skills, good presentation skills, and excellent communication skills.
