Job Summary
Join a growing sustainability business to drive growth in Energy Efficiency, ESCO, Building Services, and Sustainability Solutions by building client relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering value-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and market presence
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to foster trust and repeat business
- Conduct persuasive sales presentations and prepare tailored proposals to meet client needs
- Participate actively in commercial negotiations to secure favorable contract terms
- Prepare accurate quotations, tenders, and project submissions to support business acquisition
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop and customize solutions that address client requirements
- Manage sales opportunities through the full cycle from lead generation to project award to ensure successful closure
- Achieve assigned sales targets to contribute directly to company growth
- Monitor and analyze market trends and industry developments to inform business strategies
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related discipline
- Experience in Energy Services (ESCO), Energy Management, HVAC/ACMV, Building Automation, Facilities Management, Engineering Services, or Sustainability Solutions
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience for Assistant Manager level and 8 years for Manager level
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills demonstrated in client-facing roles
- Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused with a results-driven mindset
