About the roleJoining our First Aid and Mental Health Training Services team, the Business Development Manager is primarily responsible for maintaining existing clients and securing new business within their allocated portfolio. This includes identifying market opportunities, executing corporate contracts, and managing key client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in account management, proactive business generation, and accurate reporting. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver agreed programs, contribute to regional training calendars, and uphold Red Cross standards of confidentiality, compliance, and professional conduct.What you will bringComprehensive sales/account management backgroundProven organisational and time management skillsAbility to build and maintain long term customer relationshipsAbility to tailor business solutions to new and existing clientsSuccessful track record in achievement of sales targets and KPIsExperience in targeted prospecting with a high conversion rateProfessional communication skillsAbility to present and appeal to a wide range of clientsA current and valid driver's licence is an essential requirement of this role.
