Business Development Manager


  • Driving revenue growth across all sales channels.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Revenue Growth

  • Own monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Improve conversion rates across inbound and outbound channels.

  • Identify new revenue opportunities.

  • Increase average order value and repeat customer business.

2. Team Leadership

  • Lead the daily sales meetings with clear action items.

  • Coach and mentor all sales executives.

  • Conduct weekly performance reviews.

  • Monitor productivity and ensure accountability.

3. Sales Operations

  • Monitor CRM hygiene and pipeline health.

  • Ensure all leads are assigned and followed up within SLA.

  • Improve inquiry-to-order conversion.

  • Reduce lead leakage.

4. Business Development

  • Develop new outbound sales initiatives.

  • Explore partnerships and new customer segments.

  • Build strategies for enterprise and corporate accounts.

  • Launch initiatives that generate incremental revenue.

5. Process Improvement

  • Create and improve sales SOPs.

  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle.

  • Recommend automation and process improvements.

  • Improve coordination between Sales, Production, and Logistics.

6. Customer Experience

  • Own all major customer escalations.

  • Ensure complaints are resolved within SLA.

  • Improve customer satisfaction.
