Builds a healthy, qualified pipeline across preventive-maintenance contracts, small projects, contract work, service offerings, and the capabilities of every MEPX division.

· Creates trusted customer relationships and consistently converts opportunities into profitable, well-scoped work.

· Raises MEPX's visibility through disciplined marketing, industry participation, and meaningful community involvement.

· Works as one team with operations, estimating, service, project management, finance, and leadership.
