🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Proactively hunt for new business opportunities and build a solid sales pipeline within the interior design and fit-out market.

• Conduct cold calling, networking, site visits, and face-to-face client meetings.

• Understand client needs, project scopes, budgets, and timelines to coordinate proposals and quotations with internal teams.

• Handle deal negotiations, close sales, and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.

• Track activities via CRM/sales reports and provide market intelligence to management.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sales/BD experience, preferably in interior design, fit-out, construction, or renovation.

• Strong hunter mindset with the capability to independently generate leads and handle cold outreach.

• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and proficient in MS Office.

• Basic understanding of interior fit-out works and project workflows is an advantage.
