Business Development Manager/Coordinator, Country Management
Key Areas of Responsibilities
Market & Business Development Support
Identify and originate potential business opportunities with Korean and/or Greater China capital markets.
Maintain relationships with key partners, corporates, investors, and regulators.
Strategy & Market Analysis
Assist the Country Head in developing market strategies and business plans.
Conduct industry research, and prepare strategic recommendations.
Project Coordination & Execution
Support execution of M&A, capital markets, and partnership activities.
Manage timelines, deliverables, and internal coordination for assigned projects.
Cross-Cultural Communication & Translation
Translate presentations, reports, contracts, and correspondence between Chinese, English, and Korean.
Facilitate meetings and communications with global and Greater China stakeholders.
Stakeholder Liaison
Coordinate with internal teams across business units, operations, risk, compliance, and other functions.
Act as point of contact for regulators, clients, and external partners.
Reporting
Act as point of contact for regulators, clients, and external partners.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. MBA or CFA preferred.
Experience: 4+ years in investment banking, corporate finance, consulting, or related services.
Languages: Fluency in Mandarin Chinese, plus full professional fluency in Korean and English.
Skills: Strong financial analysis, presentation, project coordination, and cross-cultural communication abilities.
Other: Based in Seoul; understanding of Korea–Greater China cross-border investments; ability to travel regionally.
