Business Development Manager

The company is a compliant digital asset quantitative hedge fund headquartered in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

1）Develop and maintain relationships with domestic financial institutions, asset managers, securities firms, and family offices.

2）Identify the potential needs of institutional clients in digital assets and related businesses, and drive cooperation opportunities.

3）Build connections with clients or institutions that already hold digital assets, exploring collaboration opportunities.

4）Follow up on client resources to drive conversion and maintain long-term partnerships.

5）Collaborate with investment, compliance, and product teams to ensure smooth delivery of client requirements.

Job Requirements:

1) 2- 5 years of experience in the financial industry.

2) Have a certain client base and resources, and be familiar with financial products or the digital asset market.

3) Strong intention to transition into a digital asset asset management institution, with excellent client relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills, and the ability to develop business independently.

4) Strong learning ability, self-motivation, and a goal-oriented mindset.
