Business Development Manager
We are seeking a Business Development professional to join our team full-time and take ownership of identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities across our target markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across allocated target markets
- Conduct proactive outbound activity including cold calls, warm introductions, and in‑person meetings
- Qualify prospects to ensure strong commercial and strategic fit
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through to contract execution
- Build and maintain a healthy, accurately forecasted sales pipeline
- Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to shape compelling solutions
- Represent the business professionally at industry events and client meetings
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report on activity, pipeline, and results

- Consistent acquisition of new clients

About You
- Proven experience in new business development or sales
- Comfortable initiating conversations with senior decision‑makers
- Resilient, self‑motivated, and outcomes focused
- Able to manage your own time, territory, and priorities
- Experience in professional services, technical services, environmental, industrial, or B2B solutions (highly regarded but not essential)
- Current driver’s licence and ability to travel within WA
