Business Development Manager

• Experience: Minimum 8–10 years
  
• Industry: Water Pipeline, Bore well Drilling, Water Supply, Irrigation, and EPC Infrastructure Projects
  
• Preferred Experience: Candidates with proven business development experience in African countries, especially West Africa, will be given preference.
  
• Language: English is mandatory; French language proficiency will be an added advantage.
  

Requirements

• Strong business development and negotiation skills.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  
• Experience in tender management and contract negotiation.
  
• Ability to establish long-term client relationships.
  
• Knowledge of EPC contracting and project lifecycle.
  
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  

Technical Knowledge

• Water transmission and distribution pipelines (HDPE, DI, MS, uPVC).
  
• Bore well drilling and groundwater development.
  
• Pumping stations and water supply systems.
  
• Water treatment and rural water supply projects.
  
• EPC project execution and contract management.
  
• International tendering and proposal preparation.
