This role will be pivotal in driving growth by building strong relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships for our conveyancing services.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES;

- Business Growth: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to expand our client base and market presence.
- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and property developers.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities, and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Sales Strategy: Create and execute a robust sales plan aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote Enact Conveyancing’s services and build professional connections.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance against targets, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Personal Qualities
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the conveyancing, property, or real estate sectors.
- Strong understanding of the property transaction process and conveyancing services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
- Results-driven, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and recording sales activity to understand performance
- Willing to travel nationwide with access to a Leeds office advantageous
