Business Development Manager (for China Market)

• Manage incoming email inquiries related to Immigration and PR Services, as well as Work Pass Services originating from the Immigrationsg.com website.

• Acquire the technical and professional knowledge of all the service offerings we provide, on order to sell effectively and convincingly.

• Generate accurate quotations, manage invoicing, and oversee payment processes for clients.

• Assist in collation of documents for Work Pass or PR Applications.

• Support marketing, partnership, and collaboration initiatives aimed at expanding client base and generating leads.

• Assume the role of the primary point of contact for clients, offering timely and professional responses to their inquiries, requests and concerns. Provide comprehensive and precise information about our products and services.

• Coordinate with internal departments, including marketing, operations and support to ensure seamless client interactions and the smooth delivery of products or services.

• Take ownership of challenges and work towards viable solutions that align with both client expectations and business objectives.
