Business Development Manager for DACH and CEE
What
are we looking for?
We are seeking
a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Prishtina,
Kosovo, who will support PECB Partners in the DACH (Germany, Austria, and
Switzerland) and CEE (Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, and Hungary) regions and
establish new partnerships there.

Main
Responsibilities
- Manage
partner accounts in DACH and CEE
- Track
and conduct business development activities
- Build
customer relationships through various channels
- Develop
scripts for presentations based on market segments
- Search
for qualified leads from diverse sources
- Initiate
and maintain contact with prospective customers and referral sources
- Create
negotiating strategies, assess risks and potential
- Perform
regular market analysis and target new opportunities
- Maintain
target account lists, develop proposals, and monitor end-user feedback
- Ensure
work continuity by communicating needed actions to management
- Accomplish
departmental goals and mission-related results
- Maintain
market intelligence, develop and distribute materials explaining company
policies
- Perform
other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Full
proficiency in English and German
- Bachelor’s
degree in Management, Economics, International Relations, or related field (or
associate’s degree with relevant experience)
- Work
well under pressure, quick grasp of new ideas, think creatively, and follow up
in a dynamic environment
- Strong
organizational and time management skills, ability to multitask in a
fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Good
verbal and written communication skills, presenting work from concepts to final
execution
- Business
sense, strong negotiation skills, positive attitude, and ability to work
independently
- Proficiency
with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; Previous similar role
experience is advantageous
- Professional
persistence, ability to think on your feet, and make a compelling introduction
