BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

You will execute and drive business growth for the Hong Kong market including but not limited to key Financial Services Industry (FSI) client accounts across Southern China. You will own the revenue pipeline, manage complex sales cycles, and independently lead high-value bids and tenders in the administrative and ministerial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

· Drive the end-to-end sales lifecycle to meet and exceed assigned regional revenue quotas and sales targets.

· Nurture and expand relationships with senior management and key decision-makers within FSI and enterprise accounts.

· Lead and orchestrate responses to complex RFPs and ministerial tenders, structuring competitive commercial proposals for Director review.

· Articulate and position enterprise-grade solutions including digital transformation, AI, Data, CRM, Cloud, and Testing services to solve client needs.

· Monitor local industry shifts and competitor moves to capture immediate market opportunities and optimize sales positioning.

· Partner with internal technical, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure tailored solution delivery and maximum client satisfaction.

· Provide accurate, regular pipeline visibility, sales forecasts, and market reports directly to the Director.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines.

· At least 5 years and above successful consultative IT solutions and services sales experience, showing clear career progression.

· Proven history of consistently hitting individual sales quotas through a mix of new business hunting and account farming.

· Strong commercial acumen, executive presentation skills, and a highly self-motivated, results-oriented mindset.

· Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese).
