Business Development Manager GM

Are you a commercially minded business builder with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for food innovation?

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive the growth and profitability of our high-protein food category within the Food Division. You will develop existing products and lead new product opportunities from concept to launch, while expanding our international markets and channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement the category strategy to deliver sales growth, market expansion and profitability.
• Manage the existing product portfolio and identify opportunities for new high-protein foods, from concept and product development to market launch, in close cooperation with R&D and cross-functional teams.
• Identify new markets, customers and distribution channels; support international sales teams and develop effective business models and partnerships.
• Drive pricing and portfolio decisions, monitor sales, margins and P&L, and ensure delivery against approved business plans.
• Work with Marketing, Sales, Research & Development, Production and Supply Chain to optimise product performance, costs and launch execution.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing within the FMCG industry is required; experience in category/portfolio management and business development is an advantage.
• University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including understanding of P&L, pricing and profitability.
• Strategic and analytical thinking, project management, negotiation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• English proficiency at C1 level or above; good MS Office skills and a driving licence.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
