Business Development Manager

This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and developing strong relationships with clients in the B2C segment. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the mutual funds, insurance, and loans sectors. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and networking. - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences. - Provide training and support to team members in the agency channel and direct sales initiatives. - Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet objectives. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of mutual funds, insurance products, loans, and fixed deposits. - Proven experience in business development and direct sales, preferably in the financial services industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with bancassurance and agency channel sales is a plus.
