Job Description Overview:
The Industrial Server / Rugged Edge AI Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth and ecosystem expansion for industrial server and rugged edge AI solutions across APAC or EMEA regions. This role focuses on developing vertical market strategies, managing key accounts and partners, and translating vertical application requirements into scalable product and solution opportunities.
The position requires strong domain knowledge in industrial and embedded computing, combined with hands-on experience in vertical markets such as Medical Equipment Builders (MEB), Automated Test Equipment (ATE), Machine Vision & Automation, and In-Vehicle / Mobile Edge AI applications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 Develop and execute regional business development strategies for Industrial Server and Rugged Edge AI product portfolios.
 Identify, qualify, and grow key customers, OEMs, system integrators, and ecosystem partners within assigned vertical markets.
 Drive design-in and design-win activities for industrial server and edge AI platforms.
 Work closely with global product management and R&D teams to translate customer and vertical requirements into product definitions and roadmaps.
 Promote and position industrial server product categories, including:
• Server / Workstation Motherboards
• Industrial Server Systems
 Promote and position rugged edge AI systems, including platforms similar to:
• ASUS RUC series
• ASUS PE 1000/2000/3000/4000 series
 Develop deep understanding of target vertical applications, including:
• Medical Equipment Builders (MEB)
• Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
• Machine Vision & Industrial Automation
• In-Vehicle / Mobile / Transportation Edge AI applications
 Support sales teams with value propositions, solution positioning, competitive analysis, and customer presentations.

Preferred Qualifications:
 Experience in one or more target verticals: MEB, ATE, Machine Vision, Automation, or In-Vehicle applications.
 Background in industrial server system, edge AI or embedded computing solutions deployment.
 Existing network within industrial OEMs or key vertical ecosystems in APAC or EMEA.
 MBA or equivalent business education is a plus.
 Work Experience
• 10+Years of experience in business development, sales, or product marketing within industrial computing, servers, or edge AI markets.
• Proven experience working with OEMs, system integrators, or vertical solution providers.
• Demonstrated success in driving regional revenue growth and strategic accounts.
