Business Development Manager (IT Solutions)
Salary: $35,000 – $45,000 per month
Our Client is an official partner within a leading global enterprise workflow automation ecosystem, with nearly 20 years of local market presence and 700+ enterprise clients across Hong Kong and Greater China. They are now expanding our Cloud, AI, and proprietary automation platform business and seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Engage in frontline solution selling across new and existing enterprise accounts, including client visits, solution pitching, and opportunity development.
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, solution positioning, proposal preparation, presentations, and contract negotiation.
Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline and provide accurate revenue forecasting.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure successful solution delivery and positive client outcomes.
Stay abreast of market developments to identify new business opportunities across BPM / workflow automation, Cloud, AI, and our proprietary platform.
Requirements
Around 5 years of relevant IT solution selling experience.
Experience in enterprise software, BPM, workflow automation, low-code, Cloud or AI solutions is an advantage.
Degree holder or above in any discipline.
Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable with frequent client visits.
Able to work independently and engage professionally with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Fluent in Cantonese; good command of English and Mandarin.
