This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Development Manager based in United States.

This is a remote opportunity for a driven, relationship-focused sales professional to accelerate growth across the outsourcing and staffing markets.

The position offers significant impact, with success measured through revenue growth, client acquisition, recurring business, and long-term partnerships.
You will work closely with recruitment and operations teams to translate client needs into scalable, high-quality solutions.

  • Own the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, discovery calls, solution development, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline while consistently working toward revenue, growth, and performance targets.
  • Sell end-to-end outsourcing solutions rather than focusing solely on headcount, tailoring offerings to each client’s business needs.

  • Develop long-term client partnerships that encourage retention, recurring revenue, upselling, and expanded service volume.
  • Sell temporary, permanent, and contract staffing solutions while partnering with hiring managers to understand requirements, timelines, and expectations.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to facilitate rapid candidate delivery, strong placement outcomes, and high client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate billing rates, markups, placement fees, and other commercial terms.
  • Monitor client performance metrics, identify potential issues or growth opportunities, and act proactively to maintain strong relationships.
  • Track key indicators including revenue and pipeline performance, client acquisition and retention, recurring contracts, successful placements, contract profitability, service volume, and SLA performance.
  • Requirements:

    • 4+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager or in a comparable sales-focused position.
    • At least 2 years of experience within the outsourcing and/or staffing industry.
    • Demonstrated success selling outsourcing services such as BPO, shared services, or offshore/nearshore solutions and/or staffing services covering temporary, permanent, or contract placements.
    • Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling, with the ability to uncover client challenges and translate them into commercially viable solutions.
    • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar tools to manage leads, sales pipelines, and client relationships.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to confidently discuss pricing, contracts, service levels, and business value.
    • Comfortable working toward revenue targets, KPIs, and data-driven performance objectives.
    • Highly self-motivated and capable of managing priorities independently in a remote environment.
    • Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively alongside recruitment, operations, and other internal teams.
    • Benefits:

      • Fully remote work arrangement.
      • Full-time employment.
      • Monday–Friday schedule aligned with U.S. time zones.
      • Opportunity to make a direct impact on revenue growth, client acquisition, retention, and recurring business.
      • Exposure to a broad range of outsourcing, staffing, and talent solutions.
      • Opportunity to build long-term relationships with clients and influence strategic business growth.
      • Collaborative environment with close interaction across sales, recruitment, and operations functions.
