Business Development Manager – Luxury Transportation

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000
Adventure Tours is a growing luxury charter bus and transportation company with operations across MD, NC, NY, PA, and VA. We are a leading provider of motor coach transportation services with headquarters in Accokeek, MD.
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to focus on growing the business through partnerships, market expansion, relationship management, and strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys identifying opportunities, improving processes, and building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships
- Manage and respond to inbound business inquiries and requests
- Maintain and update company profiles, listings, and marketing channels
- Act as liaison between Adventure Tours and clients, partners, and vendors
- Support proposal and bid development for corporate and government contracts
- Assist in refining business development and marketing strategies
- Track opportunities and activity in the company CRM/database
- Prepare reports, insights, and recommendations for leadership
- Support outreach initiatives and relationship-building efforts
- Attend transportation, tourism, and industry networking events
- Collaborate with operations and leadership to align growth initiatives
- Assist with additional projects related to company expansion
