Business Development Manager – M&E Construction | LTA / HDB / Private Projects

Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities within the M&E construction industry to drive company growth.

• Proactively source and pursue new projects from key clients, including LTA, HDB, private developers, property owners, consultants and main contractors.

• Leverage existing industry networks and establish new client relationships to expand the company's customer base.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential projects, tenders and business opportunities.

• Engage prospective clients to understand their project requirements, identify business opportunities and present the company's M&E capabilities and services.

• Lead client negotiations, commercial discussions and follow-ups to convert business opportunities into secured projects.

• Monitor upcoming construction developments, tender opportunities, market trends and competitor activities to identify potential projects.

• Coordinate with Engineering, Project and Commercial teams to develop competitive proposals, quotations and tender submissions.

• Work closely with senior management to formulate and execute business development strategies, market expansion plans and revenue growth initiatives.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and industry stakeholders to generate repeat business and long-term partnerships.

• Represent the company at client meetings, industry networking events and business functions to strengthen market presence.

• Perform other business development and strategic duties as assigned by management.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing and/or business development experience.

• Relevant experience in the Singapore construction M&E industry is mandatory.

• Proactive, resourceful and commercially minded with strong interpersonal skills.
