Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

Damovo Ireland is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (m/f/d) to drive new customer acquisition and manage a select portfolio of existing accounts. The ideal candidate will combine strategic insight with a strong commercial mindset to identify opportunities, build relationships, and deliver sustained revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue and margin growth across private and public sector markets in Ireland and the UK
  • Generate and convert new business opportunities by developing and executing structured account and sector plans
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and solution definition to negotiation and contract closure
  • Collaborate with Pre Sales, Services, and Project teams to deliver robust technology and Managed Services solutions
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining accurate forecasts and CRM updates
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Stay current with market trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities
  • Represent Damovo at industry events, conferences, and promotional activities
Experience and Skills we value
  • Minimum of five years' proven success in new business solution sales
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets with accurate forecasting and structured activity planning
  • Strong curiosity about emerging technologies and their business impact
