To support the growth of our business in technical piping construction, we are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager (m/f/d) who will identify new business opportunities and support our customers from the initial inquiry through to successful project execution.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Acquire new customers and build long-term relationships within the semiconductor and pharmaceutical manufacturing industries
• Evaluate customer inquiries and proposals with regard to commercial viability, risks, and technical feasibility
• Support the quotation and estimation process in close collaboration with Project Management, Estimating, and Procurement
• Select suitable suppliers and assess project execution efforts realistically
• Lead contract, proposal, and award negotiations within the scope of your authority
• Maintain and further develop sales reporting in Salesforce while supporting project execution activities

Show your expertise

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Process Engineering, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in plant engineering, ideally within the semiconductor industry or a GMP-regulated environment
• Strong technical understanding combined with a commercial and entrepreneurial mindset
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel across Europe
