Business Development Manager

At Mojo Fintech, we build the future of embedded finance. Our platforms deliver an end-to-end financial ecosystem—combining Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS), Cards-as-a-Service (CaaS), and Acquiring-as-a-Service (AaaS)—allowing startups, marketplaces, and enterprise platforms to seamlessly issue cards, hold accounts, and process global merchant payments.

Tasks

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to spearhead our commercial expansion in EU. In this role, you will own the end-to-end sales lifecycle for our modular solution. You will identify target enterprise partners, navigate multi-stakeholder technical sales, and structure closed-loop monetization models that allow non-financial brands to embed payments, card issuance, and core banking directly into their platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership Acquisition: Prospect, pitch, and secure high-value B2B deals with marketplaces, ISVs, neobanks, and enterprise software platforms.

Closed-Loop Solution Selling: Position our integrated BaaS, CaaS, and AaaS stack, educating C-suite executives on how to monetize money flow across fund collection, card issuance, and payment acceptance.

Deal Structuring & Negotiation: Lead complex commercial negotiations involving multi-layered pricing models—including implementation fees, SaaS recurring revenue, interchange splits, and volume-based take rates.

Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner directly with Engineering, Product, and Legal/Compliance teams to guide prospective clients through sandbox testing, technical API integration, and sponsor-bank risk profiles (AML/KYC).

Pipeline & Ecosystem Management: Maintain a disciplined enterprise pipeline using CRM tools to track key metrics from initial outreach to contract execution.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 3–5+ years of proven B2B sales or business development experience within Fintech, SaaS, or payment processing.

Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated track record of managing long (6–12 month) enterprise sales cycles and negotiating complex revenue-sharing or usage-based contracts.

Communication: Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical infrastructure to both technical leads and C-level decision-makers.

Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English is required; fluency in additional languages is considered a strong plus.
