Business Development Manager

Monex Engineering is a engineering solutions provider specializing in process ,construction ,electrical engineering. We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence.

Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within process and construction industries
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Prepare and present technical proposals and quotations
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts

• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
• Ensure customer satisfaction through post-sales support coordination
• Handle client inquiries and resolve technical/commercial issues

• Contribute to company's overall sales and marketing strategy

  Position Objective

  The Business Manager is responsible for supporting the company's sustainable growth by managing business operations, developing new commercial opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, improving operational efficiency, and assisting senior management with strategic and commercial decision-making.
