BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
This role reports to the Director of Business Development and collaborates closely with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams. The organization is focused on sustainable growth, market expansion, and building long-term partnerships, with a culture that values innovation, customer-centricity, and strategic thinking. The role drives new business opportunities, strengthens market presence, and contributes to the company’s revenue and market share goals.
Specific Responsibilities:
1.Identifying and developing new business opportunities, including new markets, clients, and partnership channels
2.Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend assessment to guide strategy
3.developing and executing business development plans, sales strategies, and revenue
4.Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
5.Leading negotiations, drafting proposals, and closing commercial agreements/contracts
6.Collaborating with marketing to create campaigns, presentations, and promotional materials
7.Monitoring sales performance, preparing regular reports, and recommending improvements
8.Representing the company in industry events, conferences, and business meetings
Technical Skills and Competencies:
1.Strategic planning, market analysis, and business modeling
2.Proficiency in negotiation, contract management, and relationship building
3.Experience with CRM tools, data analysis, and business reporting
4.Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
5.Knowledge of industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
6.Ability to work cross-functionally and lead projects independently
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and business software
Duration of Traineeship/Attachment Offered - 6 months
