Key Responsibilities
- Execute the business development strategy and close deals through networking, lead tracking, and targeted outreach to key client groups
- Deliver sales presentations and tailored solutions that support the company's marketing strategy
- Manage tender and EOI processes, working with management, stakeholders, and the CRM
- Build and maintain client relationships, including new, existing, and former contacts
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, industry trends, and upcoming projects
- Negotiate with clients to drive revenue and profit growth
- Collaborate with the Global Business Development team on cross-regional opportunities
- Attend management and weekly sales meetings, working toward sales targets
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development, with compulsory experience in interior design, furniture, or construction
- Interior design background is an advantage
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful, meticulous, with a positive "can do" attitude
