Role Summary
The Regional Partnerships & Community Manager is responsible for planning and executing project community growth, influencer/KOL partnerships, and regional stakeholder engagement across Asia-Pacific, with Singapore as the regional base.
This role manages key creator and community accounts, designs partnership programmes, supports regional events and product launches, and translates user and partner feedback into actionable growth initiatives. The position requires independent judgment, cross-border coordination, and the ability to represent the company to external partners, media, and community stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute APAC community and partnership strategies to support user growth, brand awareness, and product adoption.
2. Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage KOL / creator / strategic partner relationships, including account planning, commercial discussion support, and performance tracking.
3. Serve as the primary account manager for priority partners and community leaders, ensuring consistent communication, delivery quality, and long-term relationship development.
4. Design, implement, and operate community programmes such as ambassador programmes, VIP/loyalty initiatives, referral campaigns, and regional activation plans.
5. Plan and execute online and offline events, including meetups, side events, workshops, and partner gatherings in Singapore and other APAC markets.
6. Produce, review, and localise marketing and community content across X, Telegram, Discord, and other digital channels, ensuring brand consistency and compliance.
7. Monitor community sentiment, partner feedback, and market developments; escalate issues and support crisis / reputation management when required.
8. Collect and analyse campaign, event, and partnership performance data; prepare reports and recommendations for management.
9. Collaborate with product, growth, operations, and compliance teams to align community initiatives with product roadmap and regulatory requirements.
10. Build and maintain standard operating procedures for partnership onboarding, campaign execution, incentive tracking, and community management.
11. Represent the company at industry events and partner meetings in Singapore and the region.
12. Support regional expansion by identifying local market opportunities, community leaders, and partnership pipelines in key APAC cities.
