Paul Davis Restoration is growing, and we're adding a Business Development Manager to our Appleton team!
We're looking for a driven, outgoing relationship builder who knows that great business development isn't about delivering the perfect sales pitch. It's about earning trust, creating meaningful connections, and becoming the person people think of when they need help.
At Paul Davis, we help people and businesses recover when the unexpected happens. From water and fire damage to major property disasters, we show up when it matters most. Your job? Make sure businesses throughout the Fox Valley know who to call before they ever need us.

- Build relationships that matter. Connect with decision-makers at commercial properties, schools, hospitals, industrial facilities, and businesses throughout the Fox Valley.
- Be the face of Paul Davis. Attend networking events, industry gatherings, golf outings, and community functions.
- Open doors and create opportunities. Develop new partnerships, strengthen existing relationships, and help grow our commercial business.
- Bring people together. Host client lunches, educational presentations, training sessions, and appreciation events.
- Think strategically. Develop creative outreach plans that keep Paul Davis top of mind with key business partners.

What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in business development, relationship management, consultative sales, or a related field.
- A proven ability to develop relationships and generate new business opportunities.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- A valid driver's license and driving record that meets company insurance requirements.
- Comfort using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other business technology.
Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, property management, or facility operations is a plus, but your ability to build relationships and create opportunities is what will set you apart.
