Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create tailored proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and suppliers.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and at least one other Asian language (e.g., Thai, Malay, Korean).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the signage or advertising industry.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
