Business Development Manager

Simex Asia Pacific is looking for ambitious, results driven Business Development Manager with deep expertise and proven commercial experience across Switzerland and European markets.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving market expansion, securing high value strategic partnership, and accelerating revenue growth. You will leverage your understanding of European wholesales buyer demand and international logistics to drive volume trade across Switzerland and broader Europe.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand market share across Switzerland and broader European.
• Identify, qualify, and prospect high potential client opportunities. Overseas the entire sales lifecycle - from initial outreach, pitch presentations, and proposal creation to contract negotiation and final closing.
• Monitor European industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regional commercial standards to local market.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Operations to align offers with European market requirement and client expectations.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, maintain CRM data integrity, and consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years B2B Business Development coverage of Switzerland and European Markets.
• Deep understanding of European business etiquette, market entry mechanics, procurement processes, and commercial landscapes (particularly in Switzerland)
• Business fluency in English and German/French
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Willing to travel periodically across Europe and Switzerland for meetings and events.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent practical industry experience.
