Business Development Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in the Bancassurance Channel. This role is pivotal in driving insurance sales through assigned bank branches, specifically focusing on life insurance products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the BFSI sector, particularly in sales, and will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with bank managers and staff to facilitate sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Drive insurance sales via assigned bank branches, ensuring targets are met and exceeded. - Build strong rapport with bank managers and staff to foster a collaborative sales environment. - Support joint calls and provide product training to bank staff, enhancing their ability to sell insurance products effectively. - Generate leads from walk-ins and the existing bank customer base, utilizing various sales techniques to maximize opportunities.
