Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to understand business needs and propose suitable solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing.
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure opportunities are accurately tracked in the CRM system.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and business cases to support sales activities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue objectives, and key performance indicators.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities when required.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or a related commercial role.
Proven ability to generate new business and develop customer relationships.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Results-driven with a strong commercial mindset and customer-focused approach.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence; own vehicle is preferred.
