Business Development Manager

Techconnect.id is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities while developing strategic plans to expand our market presence. Your ability to communicate effectively and negotiate contracts will be critical in closing deals and achieving sales targets. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure that our solutions align with client needs and expectations. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and outreach

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the technology sector
  • Strong knowledge of business development processes and customer relationship management
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
