BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the South American specialty coffee industry.
- Knowledge of boutique coffee plantations and coffee-producing regions in Colombia.
- Strong business development, negotiation, networking, and relationship-management skills.
- Commercially minded with the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working independently and across international markets.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently to Colombia, Brazil, and Panama.
- Passion for specialty coffee and an interest in developing long-term relationships with coffee producers.
- Experience in coffee, agriculture, food & beverage, commodities, or international trade would be highly advantageous.

Travel Requirements
This is an international business development role with regular travel to Colombia, Brazil, and Panama, including visits to coffee plantations, producers, suppliers, trade events, and prospective business partners.
Availability
Immediate availability to start work is preferred.
