The Role:

We are currently seeking a specialist to take on the role of Business Development Manager in our Wholesale division. Based at Cavan SA, reporting to the Wholesale Manager, you will be responsible for growing the existing client base and sourcing potential new customers to increase our market share.

In order to succeed, you will need to posses excellent time management skills and be able to work autonomously. You will have advanced interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong and long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers. You will also be an integral part of a small, friendly sales team.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

• Identifying opportunities to sell extra products to your existing client base
• Providing technical support to your clients in the form of product specifications
• Actively canvassing for new business while maintaining the existing client portfolio
• Establish yourself as a protein product specialist
  
  

Do you possess the below:

• Experience in the Wholesale Meat Industry would be highly regarded, but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Sound computer processing skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and deal with a variety of customers.
