Role Overview
Kodak Alaris is a global technology company delivering innovative solutions in imaging and information management. As a Business Development Manager focused on the Travel & Leisure sector, you will spearhead strategic growth initiatives by identifying new opportunities, forging partnerships, and developing strategies to expand Kodak Alaris’s presence in travel-related verticals such as attractions, entertainment, hospitality, tourism and retail.

Key Responsibilities

Worldwide leadership responsibility of Kodak Moments’ Travel & Leisure business, working in collaboration with KM regional teams to establish and execute on market participation targets.
Develop and execute growth strategies to expand Kodak Alaris’s footprint in the travel and leisure industry, including imaging solutions for theme parks, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, and attractions. Global remit – but with a focus on US market
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to promote Kodak Alaris’s products and services.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams to tailor offerings and business models for travel-centric use cases.
Provide opportunistic business development support to the US commercial team when needed, to support new growth opportunities
Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
Represent Kodak Alaris at industry events and trade shows to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Formulate business cases and negotiate and close deals that align with company goals and deliver long-term value.
Reports directly into the WW Kodak Moments Commercial General Manager

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in business development, preferably within travel, leisure, or imaging technology sectors.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
Strong understanding of travel industry dynamics and customer behavior.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Compensation: $105,000 – $108,000 base + 40% Sales Incentive Plan
