Business Development Manager
We are looking for an experienced and highly connected Business Development Manager to join our growing team in the UAE construction and fit-out industry. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of the Dubai construction market, tendering process, and client relationship management. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities, securing projects, and building long-term relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, and government entities. Key Responsibilities * Identify and secure new construction, fit-out, infrastructure, and engineering projects across the UAE * Build strong relationships with developers, consultants, project managers, and client representatives * Register and manage company profiles on tender portals such as Etimad, Tejari, MEED Projects, and BNC Network * Track upcoming projects before tender stage and establish early client engagement * Coordinate with consultants and contractors to become part of approved tender lists * Generate leads from government, semi-government, master developers, and private sector projects * Conduct regular site visits to active construction areas and identify subcontracting opportunities * Prepare business proposals, presentations, and capability statements * Work closely with management to develop strategic growth plans * Maintain strong market intelligence on upcoming UAE projects and competitors
* Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in construction, fit-out, engineering, or real estate business development * Strong network within developers, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders in the UAE * Knowledge of tendering and prequalification processes * Experience using platforms such as BNC Network, MEED Projects, Tejari, and Etimad * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills * Ability to identify projects before tender release stage * Strong understanding of subcontracting opportunities and project cycles * Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently * UAE Driving License preferred * Arabic, English, or Chinese language skills are an advantage Preferred Industry Exposure * Construction * Fit-Out * MEP * Infrastructure * Steel / Concrete Works * Real Estate Development
