Key responsibilities

Contribute to the business development topics
Conduct comprehensive market research on the applications, requirements, geographical locations, key market participants
Support business cases analyses, quantifying operational workflows through field research, expert interviews, customer discovery, and industry reports
Building market sizing analyses including Total Addressable Market (TAM), Serviceable Available Market (SAM), Serviceable Obtainable Market (SOM)
Support the preparation of strategic recommendations for market entry
Support sales process development
Support the development and execution of marketing activities that strengthen our market presence and support commercial growth
Development of the categories (personas) and target group definitions for sales and business development campaigns
Support the creation of marketing content, compelling storytelling, website and social media, presentation materials, etc.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business administration, Economics, Aerospace Engineering or Innovation Management
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
Interest in aviation, Advanced Air Mobility (AAM), or emerging aerospace technologies
Ability to independently conduct market and competitor research
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with CRM tools is a plus.
Self-driven, curious, and comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment
