Prospect and secure new projects with various platforms (courier services/b2c/logistics/warehousing)

Partner with operations, customer service, and solutions design teams to ensure smooth onboarding, seamless execution, and proper Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

\Manage key accounts, conduct regular business reviews, and resolve escalations to ensure high customer satisfaction and contract retention

Maintain accurate records of revenue-generating activities and develop solutions to reduce redundancy and improve efficiency

Candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Communication skills and strong team building capabilities is an asset.
