Business Development – Officer

Adepa Global Services SA in Italy is seeking a Business Development Officer to support the commercial development of Adepa’s services in the Italian market, covering local and cross-border opportunities. The role offers exposure to pre-sales activities, direct sales support, and back-office processes in a dynamic, international environment.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree in finance or economics, have client-facing experience in financial services, and be a native Italian speaker

Identify and qualify new business opportunities in Italy. Assist senior business developers in managing the sales pipeline. Support preparation and review of commercial documentation and agreements. Master’s degree in finance, economics, or a related discipline. Proven experience in sales and/or client relationship management within a financial institution, ideally in the fund services sector in Italy or Luxembourg. Solid understanding of financial markets and the European fund industry, including key players, stakeholders, and core processes.
