Business Development Officer

Salary: ₱35,000 – ₱40,000 per month

Casterly Ventures Corp. is looking for a Business Development Officer to join our growing IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) company. This role will help the company identify new opportunities, engage corporate decision-makers, and help grow ITAD project revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and acquire ITAD clients; identify organizations with retired or surplus IT assets.

• Conduct field visits, client meetings, site assessments, and initial IT asset inventories.

• Present Casterly’s ITAD, data destruction, recycling, and remarketing services; prepare proposals and quotations.

• Build relationships with CEOs and key decision-makers, negotiate, close deals, and resolve client concerns.

• Coordinate with management and the operations team on ITAD requirements, project planning, asset collection, and implementation.

• Maintain lead pipelines and submit sales, client-visit, and opportunity reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree; preferably 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition.

• Fluent in English, with strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Basic knowledge of computers, laptops, desktops, and other IT equipment.

• Strong prospecting, problem-solving, follow-up, and deal-closing abilities.

• Willing and able to conduct field visits and meet corporate clients and key decision-makers.

• Professional demeanor, self-confidence, and a proactive attitude when conducting client meetings and field visits.

• Willing to work on-site in Pasig City.
