We are looking for a result-driven International BDM/Business Development Partner who can bring foreign B2B/B2C clients and projects from prospecting to successful onboarding.
What You'll Do
Identify & prospect international clients
Generate leads through scraping, LinkedIn, email & other channels
Communicate with decision-makers and understand project requirements
Prepare proposals, negotiate & close deals
Ensure agreed advance payment before project commencement
Complete client onboarding & project handover
Maintain long-term client relationships and business pipeline
Compensation
100% Commission-Based | No Fixed Salary
Earn as much as you generate — uncapped earning potential.
6-Month Client Retention Bonus:
Earn an additional 5% bonus when your acquired client continues the project with TriVA Global for 6 months.
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in International B2B/B2C Sales or Business Development
Existing client/project pipeline will be a strong advantage
Strong English communication & negotiation skills
Ability to independently generate, close and onboard international clients
Experience with IT, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, AI or related services is preferred
