Business Development|Real Estate|M05|DPI North 1

The Business Development professional for the North 1 region will spearhead the scouting, evaluation, and acquisition of new Domino's locations across Delhi NCR. Reporting to the DPI North Business Development head, you will collaborate with real‑estate partners, internal operations, and finance teams to build a robust pipeline of high‑potential sites that align with the company's expansion strategy.

• Identify and shortlist potential new store locations in Delhi NCR based on market potential and brand criteria.
• Conduct detailed site feasibility studies, including traffic analysis, demographic profiling, and competitive mapping.
• Prepare and present business cases and financial models for each prospective site to senior leadership.
• Negotiate lease terms and agreements with property owners, brokers, and developers.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure compliance and smooth handover of sites.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date pipeline tracker and report progress against acquisition targets.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key real‑estate stakeholders and local authorities.
• Assist in the due‑diligence process, including site inspections and risk assessments.
• Support the rollout planning for newly acquired sites, ensuring alignment with rollout timelines.
• Monitor post‑opening performance of new stores and provide feedback for future site selection.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in site acquisition, real‑estate, or business development within retail or food‑service sectors.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Delhi NCR real‑estate market and regulatory environment.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and market analysis.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with GIS or site‑selection tools.
• Effective communication skills in English and Hindi, both written and verbal.
• Ability to travel frequently across the North 1 region and work flexible hours as needed.
• Self‑starter with a results‑oriented mindset and ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams.
