Overview:

The Business Development Representative (BDR) serves as a key ambassador for Cherry Creek Treatment Center by cultivating relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, community organizations, employers, and other stakeholders. This position is responsible for increasing awareness of the organization's behavioral health and substance use treatment services, generating referrals, maintaining strategic partnerships, and supporting the organization's growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is an outgoing, relationship-driven professional with strong communication skills, a passion for helping individuals access quality behavioral healthcare, and the ability to represent the organization's mission with integrity and professionalism.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop Relationships: Relationships with physicians, hospitals, behavioral health providers, therapists, social workers, case managers, employers, schools, community organizations, and other referral sources.
  • Business Opportunities: Expand referral networks and community partnerships.
  • Routine Outreach: In-person visits, phone calls, emails, networking events, and community presentations.
  • Represent Cherry Creek Treatment Center at health fairs, conferences, educational events, and community meetings.
  • Educate: Referral partners and community stakeholders on available treatment programs and services.
  • Maintain Communication: Regular with referral sources to ensure continued engagement and satisfaction.
  • Data Tracking: Track referral activity and business development efforts using CRM systems or designated reporting tools.
  • Collaboration: Collab with Admissions, Clinical, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to support organizational growth initiatives.
  • Event Planning: Assist in executing marketing campaigns, outreach events, and promotional initiatives.
  • Trending: Stay informed regarding behavioral health industry trends, treatment resources, and competitor services.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all federal, state, and organizational confidentiality requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of outreach activities, contacts, and referral outcomes.
  • Meet established business development goals and performance metrics.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
